Job Description:
The appointed learner will be enrolled in SAQA accredited learnership programme which is a business-related qualification which is a combination of structured learning process for gaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification registered on the NQF.Learnerships are typically composed of the following elements, in which the learner must adhere to:Theoretical Training The learner will receive education on the theoretical aspects of the qualification. These sessions are usually conducted at a training provider for the duration.Practical Training - involves on-the-job training where youre required to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real workplace setting. This part of the learnership is critical as it provides hands-on experience under the supervision of a mentor.Assessment - Throughout the learnership, learners are assessed through various methods to ensure they meet the required standards of both the theoretical and practical components.Successful completion often leads to a recognized qualification related to the specific career path

Essential Criteria And/or Qualification
- Entry level NQF 2
- Learner with disability, under the age of 30.
- Learners must meet the entry requirements for the learnership as determined by the qualification requirements on which the learnership is based and learners must meet the selection criteria determined by the training provider.
- No professional work experience.
