What This Position Is About Purpose

The job function is to Support the Regional sales (KZN & Free state) offices and the Logistics & Customer Service Centre with managing day to day administrative duties. To ensure all necessary regional administration and management of all office requirements are in line with JTI Policy & Procedures. All approved documentation pertaining to Effective management of the East Coast regional OPEX & Marketing budgets & procurement, regional brand management to recon all vouchers, rewards, premiums. Regional management of all Fleet, Boot stock, Branch stock and Trade incentive Tobacco products (TITP). Coordinate and manage various tracking and reconciliations pertaining to regional volume and investments. Loading of regional Contracts and Addendums.

What Will You Do Responsibilities
  • Monthly Management Reporting Regional retail volume reports from, various data sources regional stock management, Contract management and consumer complaints
  • Creation of Wholesaler & Cash & Carry Contracts
  • Create Addendums as an when required
  • Update & Manage contract tracking report - Expiring/renewals.
  • Managing Master data on Infostation, Sales Allowance Keys (Report used to manage the Sales allowance monthly recon)
  • Co-ordinate & Consolidate
  • Wholesaler & Cash & Carry KPI claims
  • Bulk Retailer & Branded Forecourt RSP Claims
  • Update weekly run rate reports to send to RSM's
  • Receive updated reports and Consolidate in National
  • Update volume FC report by Brand & Commentary Report
  • Receive Forecasts from regions, consolidate into one
  • Reconcile all program initiates and TITP related activities
  • Ensure that we meet all audit requirements
  • Framework Orders, GRVs
  • At the beginning of the year raise framework and PR's for Vendors
  • Validate the documentation and GR per relevant PO
  • Manage Regional office requirements including travel support
  • Play a cross functional role within the department, and being available as a backup should the need arise for unforeseen circumstances, as well as when colleagues are on leave
Whom Are We Looking For Requirements
  • Min a Diploma / other relevant education
  • 5 yrs. experience in similar role
  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal & communication Skills.
  • Advanced MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint & SAP
