About The Role
Your role will be essential to our South African employees, as your responsibility will be to ensure that our offices run smoothly & provide great working environment!
Your Main Tasks
- Engage and collaborate with local and regional management and act as a primary contact for daily operations.
- Responsible for the implementation of CRE strategic direction within South Africa & Ivory Coast
- Ensure optimal utilization of the infrastructure with regards to workplace and workplace related services.
- Prepare and monitor the location (s) operating budget
- Vendor Management and monitoring the set KPI's for the delivery of the contracted services
- Project Management required involvement in CRE moves, renovations, build and operations
- Ensure the management of internal environmental standards is adhered to and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform annual review of all business continuity plans in the location to ensure compliance

Essentials
- BCOM / Property Management Degree
- 2 -5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with leading people, strong leadership & interpersonal skills
