Role Description
Title: Office Supervisor

Description:
Our company is seeking an organized and reliable office supervisor to perform administrative tasks, oversee the smooth running of the office and perform PA tasks for our directors. The Office Supervisor's responsibilities may include filing, ordering office supplies and performing reception duties.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing office
  • Opening/Closing of office 
  • Answering telephone
  • Managing deliveries
  • Buying office supplies
  • Manage office maintenance and cleaning staff
  • Office events assistance
  • General admin assistance
  • Assisting HR processes and record keeping
  • Company record keeping
  • PA to directors
  • Assisting directors with various tasks
 
Qualifications:
  • Matric
 
Other Requirements:
  • Good with people
  • Must have drivers license and own transport (non-negotiable)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
 
Remuneration:
Market-Related based on skills and expertise
