HOD Strategy and Operations

We are looking for a Head of Strategy and Operations for South Africa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in one of the most exciting markets. You wont just be managing day-to-day operationsyou will be the strategic mind behind our growth, ensuring everything from financial targets to team motivation is aligned with our ambitious goals.

About Us

In this role, you will be the driving force behind key business functions like sales, finance, customer care, and operations. You will guide the ship, ensuring we operate seamlessly while focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.

Your deep understanding of financial management will see you take full ownership of the countrys P&L, balancing revenue growth with controlling expenses and maximizing margins. You will thrive on improving processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring that we're always ahead of the competition.

Expertise
