Key Responsibilities
Leads development of insights via analysing internal and external data sources and drawing meaningful conclusions:
- Drives the metrics required to guide the execution of strategy across various customer and commercial disciplines Like RGM and Shopper / Channel development
- Leads Customer & commercial analytics projects in order to drive deeper understanding of customer and category insights in modern trade.
- Liases with other functions to coordinate research and data requirements of the team and ensures timely conclusion of the projects.
- Provide insights to understand gaps and areas of opportunity.
- Connect the dots across data points, create a gap and opportunity analysis across the business (Marketing, Channel, Regional KPIs, Share, volume etc.)
- Tracking and insights, enable franchise team (excellence cup, all execution metrics tracked against targets and PY)
- From an Revenue Growth Margin perspective: Manage Mix, volume, margin acceleration through tracking and insights
- Leads score carding and creation of a single source of truth database for the C&CL KPIs (eg: volume, revenue, incidence, (Operating Income Growth, Out of Stock, Right Execution Daily, etc).
- Serves as the liaison with OU teams to provide data and other routine inputs and ensures compliance to reporting routines.
- Develops & coordinates routines for the franchise team, working with key stakeholders. Reports status according to agreed standards / metrics.
- Become a super-user of datasets, dashboards, and models to create cutting edge solutions for the business.
- Consult with all stakeholders regularly on projects ,planning of successful meetings
- Business issue- collation & analysis across markets; managing new processes and procedures

- Minimum Bachelors degree
- 3+ years working experience in Customer & Commercial or other related area preferably in a multi-country/multi-bottler environment
