MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage the operational delivery, quality, governance and standards of MHR to provide a quality service to the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Provide operational management and support to MHR
- Oversee Call Centre and Career Centre operations
- Provide operational management and support for the MHR Training department
- Lead and manage a team of people
- Manage and mitigate MHR risks
ESSENTIAL: Diploma in General Business Management
DESIRED: Degree in General Business Management
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL:
- 3 years experience within a temporary employment services environment
- 3 years experience in an operations management position
- 3 years experience in a management position
- 3 years experience in the healthcare industry
- Business awareness and practical insight in business management principles
- Clinical governance, quality and standards and relevant regulatory requirements e.g. BCEA
- Training and Development processes and procedures
- Talent acquisition process and procedures
- Project management principles and the ability to apply these in the workplace
- Operational statistic analysis and reporting
- HR processes, including recruitment, selection, employee relations and occupational health
- Financial management and budgeting principles
- Exceptional client service skills and sound client service experience
- Demonstrates computer literacy in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Communication, marketing, client interaction and reputation management principles
