Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations. The Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including planning and implementing operational strategies, overseeing project management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and managing budgets and finances. The Manager of Operations will also be responsible for managing and developing staff, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

- Strong financial management skills and experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Law or Institutional Investment
- Experience in the fintech or crypto industry is a must have!
