This role forms part of the Institutional Operations Support team, whose scope is broad and varied, and extends from day-to-day regulatory and administrative tasks, to new fund and share class launches, coordination of board activities, and coordination with outsourced service providers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Board & Committees: administrative support to ensure the effective functioning
- Research, analysis and implementation: product development; fund and regulatory changes; implementation of new business and operational processes; implementation of decisions made by Board and committees
- Daily operations: operational support to Board, including co-ordination and scheduling of meetings; reporting; review client communications; co-ordinate regulatory submissions; co-ordinate the distribution of fund factsheets
- Service provider and stakeholder management: liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Degree in Commerce or Law
- 2+ years' experience in financial services
- STRONG academic record
- Ability to research, analyse, and present information in a meaningful manner.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
