What are we looking for?
- Educated to Matric level or above
- At least 2-year experience in a factory environment
- Fluent English verbal and written skills.
- Experience in the FMCG / Factory Operations industry desirable
- Escalation management
- Ability to identify deviations to process and product standard.
- Team Player and excellent collaboration
- Check that Recipe and Bill of material corresponds from weighing department.
- Ensure goods used is within the expiry date.
- Maintain an understand High GMP standards.
- Follow the ATS in correct sequence.
- Follow the Correct ATS and Process Order
- Understand and Background of PDLS and G. Rs
- Understand FULL LOTO and Know when to Apply.
- Adhere and understand the FULL Allergen Process and when to Apply.
- Sensory training Background
- Full understanding of Risk Rating in DSTS, SAC
- Full Participation in CP1 Meetings and facilitate the meetings.
- Mixing Operator to ensure the IBC washer is working properly.
- To follow the cover of the line
- Make sure maintain the mixing target.
- Be flexible.
- Know how to Operate the Dryer + Oil station
