Responsibilities:
- SMB Prospect Targeting: Utilize your expertise in targeting and researching potential SMB clients who could benefit from our client's product, technology, and automation services.
- Warm Lead Follow-Up and Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads from SMBs, nurturing relationships to convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Daily Prospecting: Engage in consistent daily outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media interactions, to generate new leads and expand our SMB customer base.
- Booking Discovery Calls: Skillfully schedule discovery calls with qualified SMB leads, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team for further engagement.
- Conducting Discovery Calls: Independently conduct discovery calls with SMB prospects, understanding their unique needs, pain points, and objectives, while effectively presenting the value of our client's technology solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Thoroughly evaluate and qualify SMB leads to determine their alignment with our target market and their potential as valuable customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts, share valuable insights, and ensure seamless lead handoffs for further sales conversion.
- Follow-ups: Craft compelling follow-up messages after discovery calls to maintain engagement and build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Minimum 3 Years B2B Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in prospecting and lead generation.
- Familiarity with SMBs: Prior experience working with SMBs and an understanding of their specific needs and challenges in adopting technology and automation services.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach messages and engage in meaningful conversations with SMB prospects.
