Position Summary: Provides instructional assistance in a regular and/or interactive classroom, or laboratory setting to students who are involved in all levels of secondary school course work. Provides skilled tutoring and technical assistance to students in math and science subjects.

Salary: $20.72 - $27.43 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary Placement is based on experience.
Location: Adult Education
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week

Experience/Education
The position typically requires a Associates degree with adequate concentration in the
subject matter taught (12 lower division semester credits) to tutor in the subject and six
months (which may be concurrent with education) of prior experience tutoring and
otherwise assisting students to reinforce teacher classroom delivery.
Licenses and Certifications
May require a valid drivers license.
