In this role, you will support the Service Team Managers in enhancing both the client experience and associate development. You carry the weight of ADPs service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
The nature of your job is to process payrolls of elite clients, and or those with complicated setups and / or those in hyper care or at risk.

WHAT YOULL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
o Processes complex and / or elite payrolls in compliance with legislation.
o Aligns clients to ADP standard processes and methodology.
o Ensures all internal systems, tools, and efficiencies are set up and functioning optimally
o Assists with complex and technical projects within Services
o Improves payroll processes for the benefit of clients and associates.
o Monitors compliance and initiates the improvement of internal systems and processes, implements payroll best practices, and identifies potential risks to clients.
o Drives NPS scores by stablising high risk clients through improved customer service.
o Coaches and develops current associates guided by Service Team Managers assessments and recommendations as well as on-boarding of new associates.
o Serves as subject matter expert for technical enquiries.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Qualifications:
- A diploma / degree in commerce / human resources or any related qualification / experience.
- 5+ years payroll experience handling complex set-ups / elite clients on Sage300 and/or
- Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment essential
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Effective relationship management skills
- In-depth SA payroll knowledge
- Knowledge of SA payroll tax legislation
- Knowledge of SA labour legislation
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of other African countries payroll tax legislation will be advantageous
- End to end implementation experience within the HCM space
