Responsibilities
- Product application trials on new products.
- Development of products and new markets.
- Customer training.
- On site testing and evaluation of products as required by clients.
- New product development for butchers and large factories in the interests of generating new markets.
- Liaising with customers along with Senior Food Technologists.
- Technical advisory services to butchers including consulting on product quality.
- Production capacities and efficiencies.
- Implementation of quality control/assurance systems in order to increase production output and shelf life of products.
- Researching potential new markets for new business.
- Analyzing and reporting on sales leads linked to clients.

- Bachelors/Master in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science.
