We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in technology to support the CEO in the management and direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, representing the CEO as necessary.
- Oversee the management of the CEO's office and ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other Executives, departments, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Product Management, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the projects.
- Relevant qualification
- 10+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 5 years in technology-focused programs.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Software Development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
