- Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)
- Regulatory requirements relating to business banking account documentation
- Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC)
- Clients
- Intermediaries
- Attorneys
The job holder operates within Customer Experience/Account Maintenance Procedure Manuals.
This job holder is required to liaise with the following departments:
- Business Centres
- Key Tasks and Accountabilities
- Check that FICA updates received are in order as per checklist requirements per entity
- Once checking completed update systems (Bancs/Prime/Onbase) where required
- If FICA not in order, provide clear, detailed communication of what is required
- Complete the allocated daily number of updates
- Provide daily number of updates completed / returned

- 2 3 years administrative experience related to FICA requirements in a client /service focussed environment
