In this role, youll be responsible for the efficiency of our daily new product listings process - a critical part of our revenue growth, only possible with close daily collaboration between our buying, planning, photography and copy teams. Youll also be extensively involved in larger marketing campaign projects, and the optimisation of our online range navigation. Youll be keeping our creative processes running as efficiently as possible, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets. Youll make it happen alongside content specialists, including photographers, copywriters and designers, and help them to resolve hiccups and deadline clashes along the way.
In other words, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our creative studio team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the efficient turnaround of product listings by co-ordinating activities across copy, photography, and buying teams
- Scope and subdivide campaigns into creative tasks, in partnership with the marketing team, allocating tasks to the most suitable team members while adhering to deadlines
- Identify knowledge gaps where training is required to improve process flows
- Act as an Airtable expert, ensuring optimal utilisation of the platform to meet our business needs
- Collaborate closely with creative leads and project owners to remove obstacles and facilitate efficient project execution
- Conduct regular reviews of customer journeys, identifying opportunities for improvement and capturing new proactive tasks, including content creation needs, and prioritise web optimisation briefs from various teams
- Required: 5+ years' experience working in project and/or traffic management
- Advantageous:
- Undergraduate degree in commerce/marketing/journalism/photography/design/IT or related field
- Experience working for another e-commerce retailer or agency in a similar role
