About Us:

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our diverse team and drive successful project delivery

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a natural leader.

RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Project management certification (Prince2, Agile, etc)

Experience managing projects in a diverse environment

Have knowledge of the SDLC or IT Delivery Cycle

Relevant Skills:

Project management skills

Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Proven success working with and communicating at all levels of management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Has a strong preference for applying project governance

Good organizational skills to ensure effective planning and prioritization

Good understanding of both business process as well as technology, and can map and translate between these domains

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
