Description

As a dedicated Property Procurement Specialist, the incumbent will contribute to the continued growth of our retail brands in South Africa, by sourcing prime property in the right retail nodes for our brands.

Reports to: Finance Executive

Key Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Diploma or Degree would be advantageous
• 15- 20 years' proven track record in property procurement and more specifically within the retail industry.
• Demonstrated network in and understanding of the retail property landscape within South Africa
• Demonstrated ability to understand the property requirements of the client and to source prime retail premises meeting the client's specific needs and budget.
• Demonstrated negation skills iro of lease agreement negations and conclusions
• Competency in MS Office packages
• Willingness and ability to travel and sleep out
