Job Description
- Well Conversant with all Telecom Service Provider Operational functions and Processes.
- Experience working with Cisco, Juniper and Mikrotik hardware
- Have good understanding of optical Transmission & IP technology
- Experience to interact and work with engineers in telecommunications domain under different time zones.
- Experience in the OA&M of IP/MPLS technologies.
- Experience in Operations Support functional experience would be added advantage.Reports To:

The Successful Applicant
Education:
- Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
- IP certifications: CCNA and/or JNCIA or better Other Skills and
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Telecom networks domain.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for liaising with various internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Excellent people management skills for customer and 3rd party contractor support.
- Languages English and Local Languages
