Qualification
BA in Corporate Communications, BA in PR/Marketing/Journalism/Copywriting or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in any of the following: PR, Events and Community Engagement, Social Media Management or Media writing.
Experience in managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
Strong content generating, copywriting and editing skills. Effective storytelling techniques.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Vegas PR strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement (in alignment to the marketing strategy and overall business objectives).
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology (voice of the brand).
- Effectively oversee, plan, and create PR and communication campaigns and media relation strategies.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong media relationships per region and nationally for the brand.
- Gather and collate brand stories to produce monthly releases and communication content for both internal and external audiences to achieve annual targeted PR exposure.
- Create and curate content and work hand in hand with designated service providers per region to contribute to effective content creation and event success. Play an active role in event communication, management, and execution.
- Compilation and analysis of monthly and annual PR and communication reporting. Ensure insights, learnings, tracking, and ROI.
- Seek new business development opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
- Key communication interface between campuses and stakeholders.
- Track media coverage and guiding best practices for public relations and content creation.
