What will you do?
A great contract opportunity for a Quality and Risk Consultant, within Commercial and Personal, Tied Agencies division, based at Sanlam H/O, Bellville, has become available.
Ideal candidate should have Quality Assurance within Commercial Insurance
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The successful candidate will be required to monitor, analyse, and report on the submission of relevant compliance documentation for short term insurance.
This role is key to maintain the standard set for the monitoring of recordkeeping and to adhere to FAIS legislation.
What will make you successful in this role?
- To ensure compliance with related regulations and legislation (FAIS, FICA, money laundering etc.)
- Ensure adherence to Risk management policies, practices and processes (including reporting)
- Santam products (including Niche Business)
- Provide input to sales advice process and compliance governances related to this.
- Ensure Records of advice are managed in line with legislation.
- A short-term insurance related qualification would be preferred.
- Regulatory Exam
- Minimum 2 years working experience or exposure to Personal Lines and Commercial Products in advice or intermediary role.
- Strong administration, systems, process orientation/background
- Quality assurance experience advantageous
- Supervision and teaching of others would be highly advantageous most notably commercial
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent understanding of FAIS
- Knowledge of record keeping systems and processes
- Excellent time-management skills
