Minimum Experience
- Exposure to the personal lines sales or client services environment
- Minimum of 2 years of administration and sales experience.
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- RE 5 would be advantageous
- Ensure that sales are audited in accordance with the MiWay QA Scorecard
- Provide feedback regarding errors identified on calls
- Ensure that corrections are carried out on policies where errors have been identified
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
- Above average numeric skills

- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English both verbal and written
