The ideal candidate would be responsible for;
Ensuring the highest product quality and hygiene standards are always maintained
Managing all labour related issues to ensure that all staff members are contributing to the objectives of the company
Keeping accurate records
Managing strict bio-security protocols
Conducting audits (Bio security, galaxy, and hygiene) prepare action plans for corrective measures
Customer visits to evaluate quality and make recommendations on corrective action
20 keys programmes
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education
Hatchery Management experience would be an advantage
Passionate, self-motivated and performance driven
A team player with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce
High level of computer literacy
Must be pro-active and be able to work accurately and independently
Working hours are irregular and may include weekend duties and night shift
Required to live on site
