Independent Recruitment Consultant This is a remote position.
A fast-growing, forward-thinking early careers recruitment agency is looking for a work-from-home, exceptional Independent Recruitment Consultant preferably with four years + of experienced-hire recruitment experience. A team player with a love for recruitment, a sense of responsibility and who wants to be part of an agile, collaborative, and high-performance team. This is a full-time position.
Primarily involved in direct contact with customers/clients to acquire new business or develop an existing business. Participates in sales presentations, developing bids, and responding to proposals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully managing the organizations key accounts within different locations in South Africa.
- Ensuring organic growth within key accounts.
- New Business Development.
- Ensuring that all relevant employee information is kept on file as per the POPI Act.
- Ensuring that all Candidate and Client contracts are signed and placed on record.
- Conducting a variety of candidate sourcing techniques including headhunting for niche roles.
- Ensure that all sourcing, screening, interviewing, and background checks as per relevant project requirements are conducted effectively.
- Conduct a full audit on all relevant projects and update with new candidate contracts/addendum dates as and when required.
- Ensure relevant replacements as per relevant project requirements.
- Ensure thorough feedback to all project stakeholders.
- Ad hoc project duties/functions as and when required on the project.
Inherent requirements:
- Relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Function-related experience: at least 4 years within a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting persons with disabilities.
- You have serviced corporate and public sector clients as an agency recruitment consultant.
- You are tech-savvy and embrace new technology that supports better client service.
- You love engaging with and servicing clients.
- Knowledge of BCEA & LRA.
- You have succeeded in a recruitment agency and can demonstrate that you have a proven track record of billings and commission earned.
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- High computer literacy.
- Above-average MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- You are a person who pays attention to detail and has high professional standards.
