Drive our franchise group's growth and success through ensuring maximization of sales, profits and efficiencies, implementation of marketing programmes, attainment of Company operating standards for the customer, operations, facilities, employment practices, coaching, support and development of area managers and restaurant managers within a region.
What You'll Be Cooking Up
- Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the Area Coaches within the region.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics for each restaurant and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Training and Development: Ensure that all staff receive proper training and development to uphold KFCs service standards.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards in every restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer service issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in your region of restaurants.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure that all restaurants adhere to KFCs brand standards and operating procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional strategies that align with the companys overall objectives.
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in running Quick Service Restaurants (QSR Industry)
- Proven ability to manage multiple stores
