Relief Manager

Duties

Managing and motivating a team.
Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.
Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels.
Overseeing and being custodian of excellent guest service.
Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback.
Develop and maintain a schedule for Team members.
Ensure store always remains clean and presentable.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Investigate and report back findings at visited stores
