Key Responsibilities:
- Sales admin for the sales operation executives
- Liaison with cleaners
- Follow-ups with clients
- Working on the CRM
- Working on our booking form
- Charging cards
- Updating Excel schedules
- Handling queries and complaints
- Other admin related duties
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Customer care | client handling | complaints experience essential.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Able to handle diverse tasks.
- Good organisational skills
- Own laptop and stable internet connection as well as back up for loadshedding
- Will be required to work one weekend shift per month, fully compensated for, and an additional day in lieu of the weekend worked.
- Salary: R5500 R6000 per month, depending on experience
