Mango5 Senior Sales Executive
Are you a driven and motivated B2B sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow and succeed? Do you have experience selling software solutions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Mango5 as a B2B Sales Consultant.
Our client is a leading provider of recruitment portal software, and we are seeking a talented and experienced sales consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to businesses in the USA, and you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive basic salary and commission.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our software solutions and services.
- Understand client's needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- This is a full-time, office-based position in Cape Town, South Africa, with a basic salary of up to R20 000 (Experience Dependant).

- Transport home for shifts ending from 6 pm SAST
- Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 23:00 / 15:00 to 00:00 (depending on Daylight Savings)

- Min Matric
- Min 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade others.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Flexibility to work during USA CET hours, from Monday to Friday.
