R40 000 R60 000 + Commission (Contract Renewable)

About This Role

Our client is currently looking for a hardworking and well-presented business development manager with a vibrant personality to drive revenue. They are seeking a young dynamic individual with a flair for sales to join their rapidly expanding team. The clients sales reach has broadened internationally and were looking to disrupt some major global industries. This role will report into the Global Sales leadership team. You will have their full support and mentorship and you will also have access to best-in-class software tools to support your research and enhance your productivity.

You will be prospecting in international markets such as USA, UK and Australia.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications And Experience)
  • A postgraduate degree
  • Good Academic results, both at school and tertiary level
  • Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 3+ years' B2B Business Development Experience
  • Solid Experience in proposing and delivering solutions
  • Solid experience with business development, prospecting, sales conversion, sales pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Project management/operational experience (advantageous)
  • Previous international business development history (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
  • Research and source leads.
  • Reach out to prospects across different channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn).
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Create solutions for your clients and work with the clients resources to implement.
  • Negotiate service agreements with international businesses in various industries.
  • Manage own business development administration using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Growing a global client base from scratch by building relationships with executives and industry players around the world.
  • Stay up to date with new products, services, and commercials models across industry.
  • Nurture existing client relationships by ensuring that the best service and attention is given to your clients.
