Executive Sales Coordinator - Your future position?
Act as the commercial support in the Fragrance & Beauty team - for a global account within the scope of Sub-Saharan Africa - reporting to the Global Fragrance Director (GFD). You will be responsible for project management, pricing, data management and general commercial responsibilities.
Therefore, Systematic, Organized And Conscientious Abilities Are Essential.
Manage client queries and internal coordination with multi-functional teams (both locally & globally).
Ability to work both independently and proactively are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Management, initiation and tracking on client projects via Givaudan Project system
- Responsible for communication and co-ordination on the project to the client teams and internal teams
- Manage client project sample requests
- Liaise on pricing in collaboration with the GFD
- Prepare presentations, for final fine-tuning by GFD
- Client Liaison
- Answer general requests from the client
- Provide general support to the GFD
- Pricing
- Pricing co-ordination with the Givaudan pricing teams (regional)
- Update client quarterly price lists and respond to price queries & quotation requests
- Responsible for the maintenance of all pricing files according to portfolio
- Sales Reporting
- Review & analysis of monthly sales reports
- Prepare information for monthly demand reviews with the customer care team
- Administration
- Maintain client portfolio database
- Management of key documentation on the client & internal systems
- Master Givaudan internal tools (linked to data management)
- Follow up on projects & general requests
- Oversee & track credit management queries
- Coordination on sample receipt & delivery (courier)
- Diploma/Degree or 5 years working experience in a similar role
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Good project management capability
- Exposure working in an international/multinational company
- Experience working in a matrix organisation and with remote teams
- Excel capability: High Level
- PowerPoint capability: Medium Level
- Good communication and business writing skills
- Good elocution and presenting skills
- Finance knowledge appreciated but not mandatory
- Experience in an import-export environment appreciated
