Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and secure new studies through outbound activities.
- Conduct outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement, to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients who align with our ideal customer profile.
- Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with Account Managers.
- Track and manage the lead pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.
- Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads to Account Managers, providing all relevant information and support.
- Work with the Sales Director to refine and enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and provide regular updates and performance reports to the Sales Director.

- Loves problem-solvingYoull need to be able to talk with potential clients in order to examine their existing processes, and recognise and suggest potential improvements and insights. For existing clients, this will often include analyzing data in spreadsheets and our internal systems.
- Has a strong work-ethicYou wont have to do your own lead generation, CRM updating, email follow-up or other sales admin, but you will be expected to instead spend the majority of your workday speaking with potential clients and upselling existing clients. Were a small and nimble but hard-working team.
