We are currently looking for experienced Sales Territory Manager in the JHB area.
- Fintech / Merchant Services / Payment Services /Point of sale devices industry experience is essential.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Strategic building of a field sales team within the payment services and FinTech environment.
- Onboarding and development of new field sales agents.
- Ensuring the field sales team is successful, in the sourcing of new clients and distribution of products to new markets.
- Productivity management and rectifying the lack of productivity.
- Field visits with sales agents to develop their sales techniques and closing skills.
- On going training on product enhancements and developments
- Collecting and analyzing feedback via CRM & Sales reports from agents/customers to improve service delivery, sales, and productivity.
- Innovative strategies and projects around sales and customer acquisition techniques to gain more new customers monthly.
- Recruiting agents for the region, so your region always has enough active field agents.
- Develop awareness of the brand and its services, eventually growing the full value proposition.
- Performance management and disciplinary action in line with the companies out lined policy.
- Constructive conflict management and resolution.
- New Business , Sales as per KPI
- Analyzing current and previous statistics to forecast future growth opportunities and staff acquisition requirements.
