Who are we looking for?
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Implementation and Development Experts to join our talent pool. By joining our talent pool, experts get the opportunity to work with leading financial services firms, insurers, banks, and consulting firms in South Africa.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' unique business needs. You'll work closely with project managers, other developers, and clients to ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyze client requirements and design Salesforce solutions that align with their business processes
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools
- Manage Salesforce implementations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and support to users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Salesforce
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance system capabilities
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to project success
Projects under such roles usually last for 6-12 months with occasional possibilities of transitioning into a full-time role with the client.
