The primary responsibility of the Senior Associate Resource Scheduler is to assist with the efficient allocation and management of the human resources required to deliver IT services to clients. They are responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of IT services, client expectations and projects that impact one or more departments, systems/workflows with some complexity, or multiple projects simultaneously with some risk or complexity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent human resources available to deliver on all clients expectations and contracts
- Identify and assign resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources
- Contribute to achieving utilization team targets by assisting with the maintenance of resource schedules
- Help with ensuring demand fulfilment and efficiency gains through effective interaction with internal stakeholders
- Help with the management of resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities
- Maintain utilization, and realization information, ensuring accuracy and timeous communication to the relevant project for consideration in project plans
- Work closely with project teams to resolve resource-related issues that may impact SLAs
- Coordinate with client teams to align resource allocation with their needs and expectations
- Applies learned techniques, as well as company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
- Works on problems of moderate scope, often varied and nonroutine where analysis requires a review of a variety of factors

- Relevant certifications
- Moderate level of demonstrated resource scheduling and/or project management experience gained within a technology services environment is preferable
- Moderate level of demonstrated experience gained within a related business practice
- Moderate level of demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders
