Digital Delivery Management guides and coaches the organization and team in the use of scrum / agile practices. They boost the effectiveness of teams by managing key, as well as complex, technical programs, championing delivery success and operationalizing underlying processes to make development teams hum effectively. Senior Scrum Masters resolve impediments, monitor and have control over the scrum processes and meetings.
Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

- Evangelize Scrum and Agile Development best practices throughout the company.

- Coordinate and track leadership team projects and quarterly goals and assist in defining and maintaining accurate goals and metrics for success.
- Promote, define, refine and enforce lightweight processes that fit our Agile software development culture and values.
- Serve as a point of contact for geographically distributed teams.
- Coach/Mentor Product Dev Managers and Team Leads on relevant project management practices.
- Good understanding of agile delivery methodologies.

- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree.
- Scrum Master certification would be an advantage with relevant Project Manager / Scrum Master experience.
- Experience in managing the delivery of HR Transformation projects specifically focusing on shared services and enabling digital transformation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices and experience in managing SNI integration would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience with the delivery of large IT solutions of which at least 2 years must be as a Scrum Master using a proven Agile approach.
- Substantial scrum master experience in an ICT environment, managing software projects and working with software development teams.
- Substantial experience in Scrum Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile concepts and principles.
- Well demonstrated experience as a coach and mentor in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban etc.).
- Experience with contemporary software development methodologies.
