- People Management, managing contract security provider activities and in-house compliment.
- Budget Management.
- Manage and control casual guarding budget as per company requirements.
- Operational Risk planning to detect and deter security risk in liaison with Investigations & Surveillance.
- Planning security operations and actions based on incidents, statistics and requirements.
- Manage daily security service and standards.
- Security Risk Management ensuring compliance in terms of PSIRA Act.
- Safety risk management ensuring effective emergency procedures.
- Ad-hoc requests.
- Unplanned and unpredicted events such as strikes, external factors, requests and events with VIP protection.
- NQF 6 (360 Credits) in Policing, Security Risk Management, or relevant qualification
- Security B Grade qualified for PSIRA compliance.
- Computer literate
- TSAM development path training
- Five years police or security experience at Management Level
- Investigation experience
- Experience in Budget Management, Project management, industrial and corporate security will be advantageous.
