What youll be doing
- Understanding the internal/external stakeholder relationship dynamic to ensure cohesive and timely organisational responses to stakeholder requirements
- Ensuring that stakeholder engagements have particular emphasis on delivering a proactive approach
- Collecting and identifying business, IT and operational requirements to support the delivery of internal/external Change initiatives
- Working with all key stakeholders, preparing impact assessments that document the impacts of proposed change requirements cost, quality, customer impact, time to deliver, RAID.
- Identifying, analysing and preparing risk mitigation activities
- Preparing operational readiness plans to support the successful implementation of Change initiatives
- Ensuring end-user readiness
- Completing post implementation reviews to identify improvements in how we can deliver future changes
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress through to benefits tracking and change closure
- Being assertive and expressing yourself effectively to ensure that your changes are delivered to the highest possible standards always focusing on the impact to the end-user
What youll need
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation, engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate changes effectively to the operations and identify the optimal channels to land the communication utilising multiple communication tools (phone, email, SMS, IM, Skype) to keep all stakeholders engaged
- Excellent skills in using process mapping tools and techniques MS Visio
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extensively analyse business processes
- Experience of principles of financial management / commercial awareness
- Ability to follow the Webhelp change methodology and being able to apply the appropriate principals and a consistent application of change across the business
- Sound understanding of internal systems, software and company procedures
- Experience or awareness of change methodologies such as Agile, waterfall, prosci etc.
- Ability to work under pressure without losing sight of priorities, multitask, work on own initiative, and manage multiple change requests and stakeholders
- Experience of delivering change through to implementation
- Good working knowledge of project management software plus MS office applications including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a number of different changes in different areas simultaneously
- Clear credit, criminal and disciplinary records
