Job Summary
Our Cash Management team in our CIB Transactional Banking business unit is looking for a seasoned and experienced Liquidity Manager for our ARO business.
In this role you will drive and contribute to the main pillars of Liquidity management for ARO entities;
- Revenue protection on Cash and Trade and working capital products.
- Understanding regulatory Central bank pronouncements and implementations.
- Performance analysis and influence strategy remediation roll outs
- Data led balance sheet management insights, trends, and influence stakeholder management.
Your key accountabilities will be inclusive of the following;
Strategy and Planning;
- Understanding and providing feed back into ARO MTP/STP process on average balances for growth and market share improvements.
- Socializing of new liability product opportunities and ensuring optimization of current balance sheet mix to currency, pricing, FTP compensation and cost.
- Engagements with the sales teams to influence volumes of pipeline required to meet performance and influence product drive on economic environments when rates are going up or down.
- Reviewing FTP compensation rates and engage treasury on overlay positioning to drive strategic products.
- Providing support and business input into the FTP model for ARO.
- Ensurinh pricing on term deposit portfolios is within pricing curves and provide support to country TXB heads on centralized or decentralized pricing with coverage teams.
- Managing, monitoring and driving product essentials.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or Similar.
- 10 Years related Banking Experience.
- Knowledge of Funds transfer pricing on Cash and Trade and working capital products as well as behavior profiles that are processed every two years for ARO entities.
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
