- Coordinating workflow in the service department, between service advisors, foreman and customers
- Updating service customers on all service bookings and progress timeously
- Being a team player, to be able to work all respective stakeholders
- Ensure workshop opening and closing daily and timeously
- Ensure the security of vehicles, i.e. vehicles locked in workshops and keys locked in a key safe
- Ensuring first thing in the morning that vehicles are parked outside and that the keys are locked in a key safe
- Ensuring job cards are signed & compliant as per MBSA requirements
- Assisting and timeously advising Technicians on quotes
- Give assistance to the Controller, Foreman, Service Manager, Service Receptionist
- Follow up on parts ordered to workshop within a 5-day turnaround time as per MBSA requirements
- Ensure that all vehicles with specific complaints are test driven with either a Foreman or a Quality Controller before the client leaves the dealership where necessary
