Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Center Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center, providing administrative support to our technicians, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the service center operations, including scheduling appointments, preparing work orders, and maintaining inventory records
- Provide administrative support to service technicians, such as ordering parts and coordinating service calls
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and address any concerns or complaints
- Ensure that all service center policies and procedures are followed, including warranty repairs and service contracts
- Monitor and track service center performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings
- Assist in the training and development of service center staff, including on-the-job training and mentoring
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including managing supplies and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service center or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment repair industry is a plus
