Our client in Port Elizabeth, a large mechanical workshop is on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join their awesome team as soon as possible.
- Attend to customers booking in or collecting their vehicle
- Liaise with mechanic/s regarding their jobs
- Put together quotes and/or order parts for customers jobs
- Quote customers (raise an estimate)
- Book in parts for customers jobs onto the system by linking it to the purchase order
- Keep customers updated on progress
- Create customer invoices
- Ensure payments are received before or when customers collect vehicles
- Allocate payments received
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- The company uses a system called Quickbooks, so if you have knowledge of this it will count in your favour but, training can also be provided for the right candidate.
- After the probation period salary bracket will be increased.
- You will then be entitled to a provident fund where you pay 7.5 percent and the company pays 8.0 percent.
- You receive two two-week bonus in December as well
- You will also receive a medical plan
- Must have your own transport to and from work
- Clear Credit and Criminal Record
- At least Grade 12 is behind your name.
