What we need from you
- A degree/diploma in a technical and quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other cognate discipline.
- At least 3+ years experience in a software engineering/development, full-stack development and/or solutions architect role.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, and can effectively influence and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Adaptability and interest in working in a growing company environment.
- An interest in the healthcare system.
- Software architecture: Contribute to the overall software architecture and system design. Implement best practices for system security, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Backend: Python and Django (and the Django Rest Framework). Develop robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into the backend.
- Database management: Implement data migrations and ensure data integrity within the system.
- DevOps practices. Setting up CI/CD pipelines and automating build and deployment processes
- IT architecture, infrastructure and cloud development (particularly AWS)
- Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g. CRM, HRMS)
- Frontend: Vue.js and/or React.js
- In-depth knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Python, JS frameworks: Vue and TypeScript)
