Role purpose:
To implement new (INS) Intelligent Network and Online Convergent Charging Technologies.
To implement IN solutions in accordance to the CBU and EBU products and services roadmaps.
To provide high level support and detail technical configuration procedures for the effective management and administration of an online charging system and other associated IN Technologies.
To manage and implement other IT/VAS products and services within a ToC (Cloud) environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Technology
Evaluate and Implement new products and services as per the CBU and EBU requirements.
Identify key areas in terms of technology and network evolution in the field of Online charging and other associated IN Services, and communicate to all relevant stakeholders
Implement new convergent charging capability & products as efficiently and effectively as possible, which minimises administration and maintenance.
Perform Lab Testing on all newly introduced IN capability or charging architectures.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 (or SAQA accredited equivalent)
A 3-year BSC degree (desired)
BTech or associated qualification (considered)
Minimum 2 years experience in the Telecommunications Online Charging industry.
