A Day in the Life
- Capturing of all requisitions for donations/grants/fellowships etc
- Execute all training and education requests
- Draft up legal contracts once submissions have been approved
- Work across the organization and ensure submissions are executed timely and accurately
- Process payments
- Work closely with the Compliance and Finance Teams
- Handle internal events such as team meetings/CEO breakfasts etc
- Attention to detail
- Process driven
- Good customer service skills
- Be able to work independently and ensure quality of work is accurate
- Good time management
- A team player
