The Key Purpose of this role is to be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing draught volume and market share performance. This role drives strategic initiatives by identifying improvement areas, conducting competitor analysis, managing draught stock distribution, and supporting business objectives through data-driven decision-making
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draught performance monitoring of volume & market share
- Deep-diving performance results to identify areas of improvement
- Tailored project plans to address areas of improvement & gaps to support strategic objectives
- Competitor analysis, including but not limited to, market share, gap draught, SI data, to support project plans
- Reconciliation and control of draught stock in alignment with supply & logistics to ensure sufficient stock is distributed nationally across all brands
- Support on regular updates to CLT with visualization of draught data
- Relevant Commerce or Engineering Degree
- At least 5 years sales or trade marketing experience
- Commercial or financial acumen is key experience
- A self-starter with strong self-management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to influence across functional teams
- Strong collaboration skills action with a high degree of attention to detail with all activities
- Very strong negotiation skills with a high degree of commercial acumen
- Strong project management and coordination skills
