- Create and control all documentation needed for vehicle movements
- Process the ordering of vehicle according to standards and procedures
- Create and update each incoming vehicles file on Kerridge according to procedures
- Conduct stock checks as required
- Ensure all vehicles sold are loaded with the warranties within the time frame
- To perform regular reconciliations of physical stock counts to the computer generated inventory list
- All discrepancies must be investigated and corrected speedily alerting management of any concerns
- To ensure all vehicles received are inspected, control and manage damages and cross charge accordingly
- Monitor special schemes/programmes from the manufacture
- To accurately, speedily and efficiently handle all documents relating to the arrival of new vehicles, adhering to the dealer stocking policy and procedure Ensure vehicles are paid on time
- Manage the daily limit of the floor plan
- To perform regular reconciliations of the computer generated floor plans list to statements from finance houses and MBSA
- To maintain filing of all relevant documents of motor vehicle stock
- To ensure all accounting and processing of information on Kerridge correctly reflects the stock and sales for the month
- The processing of information which impacts on the floor plan account must be done accurately and efficiently, including the preparation and processing of settlement cheques
- Compile and distribute stock sheets as required
