- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their e-commerce goals, target audiences, and competitive landscape, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, including mobile optimization, personalization, social commerce, and emerging technologies.
- Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and consultant on all matters related to digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients, driving incremental revenue and solidifying the agency's value.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients and internal agency teams, fostering a strong and productive partnership.

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in digital media agency operations.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of both digital marketing and e-commerce, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive tangible business results.
