As the Superintendent Talent Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Utilizing your Honours Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology to drive HR excellence.
- Leveraging your 5 years of operational HR Practitioner Generalist experience in areas such as EE, recruitment, training/HRD, ER, and OD/Talent management within a mining environment.
- Demonstrating your 3 years of HR management experience in team leader/project leader/supervisor capacity.
- Applying your 2 years of operational Psychometrist experience to enhance talent assessments.
- Employing your skills in SDF facilitation, MQA assessment, OD practices, and psychometric assessments.
- Implementing succession planning and mentoring initiatives for sustained talent development.
To excel in this role and contribute to the growth of the mining industry, you should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in operational HR Practitioner Generalist roles within mining.
- A background in HR management, demonstrated through at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience in psychometric assessment and familiarity with assessment products.
- Proficiency in SDF facilitation, MQA assessment, OD practices, and psychometric assessments.
- Strong knowledge of profiling and grading systems for talent evaluation.
- Training and expertise in management, supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
- Familiarity with MQA reporting and grant claiming processes.
