Job Description
- Handling and following up on the clients queries
- Reporting on faulty equipment
- Log faulty units with PSD
- Pull ad-hoc reports upon client requests
- Log software tickets and assign to Support team
- Provide timeous feedback to client
- Doing all 1st level checks and resolve if possible
- Update CRM changes on vehicles/units when needed
- Arranging Panic tests with clients
- Database administration (Cost centers / Geozones)
- Driver tag management / driver creation and allocation
- This position also requires the Operator to be fully trained up on the Field operator SOP's, as they will be standing in for the Field operator when they are on leave - Travelling required within the Gauteng area.
